You may or may not have noticed that pictures of our backyard never show the view to the east.That's because the east side of our backyard used to contain, from left to right, a pile of junk where a dog run used to be, a strange lean-to attached to the garage by the previous owners trying to make more storage space, and an ugly garage that's about to fall down. See for yourself:
First we started building a new shed in the empty space where the dog run used to be. Here it is in progress.
Then we tore down the garage. Here we are halfway.
And no more garage! New shed still in progress in the background.
Current status: almost all of the junk hauled away, shed almost done.
Next step: making this new space into a patio.
