Day 48: The ducks have all their feathers, but they don't fly yet. They run while flapping, but they don't get off the ground. Strangely, they are relatively cooperative in going back and forth between the pond and the dog crate, which is on the other side of the yard. When we open the dog crate, they simply walk (or run) to the pond. When we shoo them from the pond, they walk back into the crate. Granted, we've set up a sort of funnel to direct them that way, but they proceed orderly and without any fuss.
