At their organizing convention, Utah County republicans debated the interestingly titled, "Resolution opposing the Hate America anti-Christian Open Borders Cabal." According to the resolution, an invisible government backed by Satan and radical left-wing foundations is seeking to radically change American values through mass
immigration and anti-family legislation. The resolution continues, "There is an intense ongoing battle between good and evil taking place here on earth. One of Satan's top priorities is the destruction of the U.S.A." Resolution author Don Larson, who believes that it "fulfills scriptural prophecies about our times," argued that "Satan's ultimate goal is to destroy the family." According to the Deseret News, the resolution was narrowly defeated.

Somewhat Ironic Trivia: The name "Resolution opposing the Hate America anti-Christian Open Borders Cabal" reminded us of the name of the tea we buy from the Asian market, "Sweet Garden Brown Sugar Ginger Instant Crystal Beverage."
