Last season we rarely agreed on our favorite performances. Last night, we were in total agreement.

We liked:

1. Matt. The only person so far that we can envision as an actual artist.

2/3. Kris and Anoop. Talented, although perhaps in a slightly generic way. Anoop comes off our "Please get rid of" list because he can actually sing when he isn't doing ridiculous songs like "My Prerogative."

4. Megan. Quirky. Fun.

Other commentary:

Danny: He-of-the-thousand-eyeglasses is not nearly as talented or cool as he thinks he is. We seem to be in the minority in thinking that, though. He'll probably win.

Lil, and anyone else who wants to argue with the judges: Do not argue with the judges.

Adam: We will just quote Simon. "What the hell was that?"

Scott: Sorry, you replace Anoop on our "Please get rid of" list. When we think about the people we know personally who can sing fairly well, that's about how well Scott sings. Better than the average person. Not AI material.

Paula Abdul: Please. Shut. Up.
