Actually called Indian Runner Duck, and nicknamed the Bowling Pin Duck, for obvious reasons. These were hanging out with the swan. We had to laugh at this statement we found while trying to research any interesting facts about these ducks: "They are unique in the extreme body shape and posture, looking to the inexperienced eye more like bowling pins than normal ducks." Perhaps we should have a poll. When you first looked at the photo, did you think these were (a) ducks, or (b) bowling pins?
