Konnor and his dad went fishing today in a small offshoot of the Ogden River. They caught (and released) many cutthroat trout, so named because of the red/orange mark on the fish's throat. The cutthroat trout also happens to be the state fish of Utah. Jeff doesn't fish, but he does think that Cutthroat Pale Ale is one of Utah's best beers.
