This seems to be the spring of the birds we've never seen before. We've had a pair (at least) of Lazuli Buntings hanging out for a few days now. The Cornell Lab of Ornithology gives this interesting fact: "Each male Lazuli Bunting two years of age and older sings only one song, composed of a series of different syllables, and unique to that individual."
