 We live in the desert southwest. We get that. But this is a bit much. The average high temperature for Salt Lake City on April 29 is 65 degrees.

 And while the heat has us in a foul mood, we're growing tired of the local weather forcasters telling us that we need to conserve water. Water here is practically free. All the statistics about snowpack and rainfall may be interesting, but the only number people really care about is the one after the dollar sign on their water bill.
