There are a lot of popular shows on Thursday: Survivor, My Name is Earl, The Office, Scrubs, Grey's Anatomy, CSI... we don't watch any of them. We managed to watch Survivor for eight seasons before we realized that we had been bored for the last four of them. We've tried the other shows and just can't get into them. We're even indifferent about American Idol -- after Chris Daughtry everyone else seems like bad karaoke (to use a Simonism). So, Thursday is a good day to catch up on whatever has been collecting on the DVR.
